I purchased this table in hopes of being able to sketch comfortably. While putting the table together, pieces broke at the slightest turn of a tool, all the drawers were cracked, and they wouldn’t even remain inside the keeping area. After putting the table together, the table was struggling to remain up straight, or stay in any position I needed. I’ am very disappointed with the product, and even more disappointed for how much I salaried taking into account the quality was very poor.

I was excessively affected emotionally to put this table together for my daughter, but the directions were impossibly Byzantine, such a lot of pre-drilled holes didn’t line up, and other holes were simply non-existent. Several pieces were in addition damaged — not the manufacturer’s fault, but still frustrating. The lift mechanism also seemed very flimsy. I returned the table (5 stars for Amazon’s return policy, btw!) and purchased a much better table from another fictitious Avoid this one at all costs.

I would like to say, I read the reviews on here through and through before making my buy so when it came time to buy I was a little worried. This was a Christmas gift and it came down to the wire and being I couldn’t find a better deal I went for, and I’m glad I did.

I would not say it’s perfect and I did have my issues, but I’m not sure what so some of these reviewers are talking about. The instructions were very straight forward, listing all elements with numbers. All screws came in sectioned bags according to number, wish I think was genuinely aweinspiring and a HUGE helps so many of the images are a small blurry but not one thing your own ordinary sense wouldn’t see through.

I do have some complaints but they are negligible. First, the desk does come with tools(2 allen wrenches and a small small though I would strongly recommend having a power drill with a screwdriver bit handy. When putting the top of the desk together, I noticed not all the holes were drilled for the screws. It was an inconvenience at most. Next, I noticed the screws the attach the top of the desk to the legs were a little too long. Again it was more of a inconvenience than anything and has not affected the tilt of the desk.

For the price you in truth can’t beat it taking into account it comes with a stool too. As far as difficulty put it together I’m not sure the the problem many of these other reviewers were facing. I put it together Christmas Eve in in regards to an hour.

If you’re look for an drafting/crafting desk for a student or an individual who is just getting in to drawing and crafting this is prefect.
