Graco 1763285 Alano Stroller Ally

I’m very happy with this stroller! I purchased a Graco Metrolite 5 years ago for my introductory child. I had it in my mind that I necessitated a lightweight/compact stroller that acted like a full size but wasn’t an umbrella like stroller and wasn’t huge and bulky like the Quattro Tour. It served me well but I was constantly frustrated with the below basket. It was hard to access when the infant seat was attached or reclined and it didn’t hold much. I had to use a “stroller diaper bag” to hang on the handle bar because my diaper bag didn’t fit and I never had room for buying goods bags. I decisive with my second child I would get a larger stroller. I found the Alano and it is perfective for what I need. The basket is very roomy and I don’t have to use a stroller bag. I may use my regular diaper bag and it fits perfectly. The basket is very easy to access even in the reclined position. It is as tall as a Quattro Tour (which is outstanding because I’m tall) but not as wide and long. The two things I wished it had are the wholly reclined seat (although my kids rarely sleep in the stroller) and the adjusting canopy. That is a very nice feature of the Quattro Tour but whether or not this stroller had those features, there would be no need for the Quattro Tour and for Graco to charge more $$$ right?! This stroller has the lightweight compactness of the Metrolite and the storage and height of the Quattro Tour without spending a ton of money. An extra bonus was the super cute pink and gray pattern. With having a girl for the primary time, I can’t get sufficient pink!

We love this stroller! My husband and I were shocked to find that it maneuvers with such ease. We may literally push it one-handed, and it turns so well. The outstanding maneuverability could be because the stroller is so amazingly lightweight, which in addition had us shocked because is is a ordinary size stroller! Even my 5 year old and 3 year old are competent to push this stroller around, in fact they fight over it! In reference to previous reviews regarding the recline strap, I actually do not think that the recline strap is any reason to give it so few stars, because candidly the recline strap works just fine. We have no difficulties with this at all. Also, the stroller basket is quite roomy, in my views I am competent to fit my JJ Cole Tote in it, with more room to spare for blankets, toys and my other 2 childrens items. Another swell feature is the folding ability, which my husband is mesmerized with. He loves the ease of folding it one-handed with just a push of the button and twisting. On top of that even, is the fact that it locks without delay after folding…which means less work when your hands are full with a squirming baby!! I love this stroller and will be posting pics!

This was everything I was expecting it to be. We started using it at three months for our baby and she is very comfortable and safe in it is I love the five-point harness, the stroller was easy sufficient to assemble, and the wheels are easy to control. My only reservation is that I wish the seat would lie down flat for naps, but it’s not terribly necessary and we love the stroller.

I purchased a full size stroller because there were certain features I was looking for and I guess I did not remunerate enough attention when I bought this.

First major deal breaker – the canopy does not rotate down so when you are walking with the sun pointed at your baby the only thing you may do is hang a blanket off of it to shield the sun.

Second major deal breaker – the seat does not recline all the way. And furthermore the mechanics for reclining are ridiculous. its a strap with a small clip on its you just pull the strap to sit the seat up and release the clip to put it down – sooooo cheesy!

It just wasn’t what I was looking previous it was nice, it did have cup holders, more prominent wheels, a nice basket, 5 pt harness, one hand fold and it stood up on its own folded and you could put any SnugRide on it but I needed those two features as brought up above so I bought a Graco Quattro Sport which has everything I could ever want in a stroller (but its more prominent and heavier — take the good with the bad).

Hope this helps helps

I just got my stroller yesterday and I am so excited! It is in truth cute! It is a small darker than the picture which I like because I was a small worried it would stain easily. The basket is very easy to access even with the seat leaned all the way back, but it as well has the drop down capability to make it even better. It was super easy to put together, less than 10 minutes. I love that it stands up when folded. I don’t recognise that I care for the twist to open or fold feature on the handle bar, but I am sure I will get employed to it is It steers very easily. The canopy is genuinely big. Overall I actually like this stroller and think it is a bargain.

We bought this stroller for my 4 and a half month old. I was worried that it wouldn’t be right for such a young baby because you probaly need the whole travel system for the tiny ones but i wanted something i could use now and wouldn’t be a clunky pain. in addition i wanted something that she could still use as she grew. This came in just in time to take her and my 4 yr old to the county Fair. I must say me and my husband were both impressed with the handling both on and off smooth surfaces. It handled just as well in the grass as on the sidewalk. We own a santa fe and it fit right in the back with room to spare. The underbasket was large enough to pack the diaperbag, moby, jackets, blankets…you all acknowledge the drill and I had room for it all. I also like the cup holders and the fact that the tray in front for the child can be opened up or down to manuver your child around. The seat reclines as much as I’m comfortable with and sits up even more than i need. My baby is fussy and doesn’t like carseats and things yet she genuinely seemed to enjoy her stroll around the Fair. We were there for a couple of hours at least and put the stroller through the ringer. Over all I’d say this is a outstanding purchase whether or not you are looking for a something for family outings. i would commend it to friends and family. We are actually happy with this simple, sturdy and smooth handling stroller.

I’ve got a 15 month old daughter, who had completely out grown her infant Graco car seat that mounted on a stroller.

As a result, we got a new car seat and stroller and were genuinely looking for something that would last and not cost us an arm and a leg.

Fortunately this fits the bill perfectly.

It is sturdy. The assembly was somewhat simple, even though once I halted using the instructions I found it made more sense than with the instructions. But perchance that’s just me.

The harness is kind of odd, but you get employed to it quickly and then it’s really not much of an issue. It can be a small unmanageable in the dark, but still doable.

I’ve read numerous individuals complain with regards to it not reclining all the way back. While this is true, it goes back far enough for napping easily.

All ‘n all, my little munchkin loves it is She in particular loves looking forward and seeing everything now as opposed to looking at our ugly mugs all the time :)

i bought this stroller for my 4month old baby girl. she feels very comfortable in this. she likes it is this is very lightweight stroller.

This is a outstanding products Easy assembly and easy instructions, I commend whether or not your a do it yourself kind of dad or mom that you purchase this products Just make sure that you buy the car seat to go with so you don’t have to pay more individually.

Overall a beauteous good, functional stroller but one of the main things I was looking for was being able to lay the baby flat down for sleeping, which this stroller doesn’t do. The factory description mentioned “multiple recline” which it really isn’t. It’s just a clumsy cord one has to pull to lower down, not a smart solution. The lowest the back goes down is to in regards to 35 degrees.

The 5-point seat belt is good to have, but again clumsy to lock as 3 constituents have to be buckled together into one at the same time. Good luck doing that while wrestling with a wiggly baby. I’ve seen much easier solutions. Other than that it’s perfectly fine and has good storage underneath.
